Our ice bath is set to 10°C by default, but it can be manually reduced down to 5°C for those wanting a more intense cold immersion. Most people gradually build up to 4 minutes. You don’t need to push to extremes — even short, consistent sessions can be highly beneficial.

Ice baths are generally safe when done properly and under supervision. However, they may not be suitable for individuals with certain cardiovascular conditions, Raynaud’s syndrome, or if you're pregnant. Please consult your healthcare provider if you’re unsure.
