C(8) Philosophy
We believe true health is not just the absence of illness, it’s energy, resilience, and feeling at home in your body.
CURE8 is not about chasing trends. It’s about the body’s odyssey, the journey to the haven of optimal health.
Our name is inspired by the number eight, a symbol of infinity and renewal reflecting the cyclical, layered nature of healing. Wellness is not a one-time fix. It’s a daily return to yourself, and a continuous unfolding.
Grounded in science, restored through ritual.
Our Founders—
From her years as a registered nurse, Cure8 founder Tash Friedman saw firsthand the limitations of conventional care in managing long-term wellbeing. She discovered the journey to optimum health requires support beyond the body in crisis; true wellness lies in the everyday return to balance.
When Tash met co-founder Luke, they quickly discovered they shared a vision—the desire to redefine the modern wellness space, to develop therapeutic codes that were thoughtful and lasting, and to hone what genuinely helps people feel better.
CURE8 was born from the idea that wellness can be both simple and deeply effective. As knowledge seekers, Tash and Luke gained the clarity to engineer a new way to care for people, from basal cells to the unique self. A personalised rhythm grounded in science and elevated by ritual.
What began as a single treatment has grown into a destination for whole-body wellness, rooted in clinical insight and considered care.
The CURE(8) Pillars of Wellness
At the heart of our philosophy are eight foundational pillars. Each one supports a different dimension of wellbeing, and together they form the framework that guides everything we do.
1.Oxygen
The foundation of life. Whether through breathwork or hyperbaric oxygen, this core element fuels healing, focus, and cellular repair.
2.light
Sunlight, red light, and natural rhythm. Light awakens the body, aligns the circadian clock, and nourishes on a cellular level.
3.Detoxification
Release what no longer serves through sweat, movement, breath, and intentional practices that clear space for regeneration.
4.Hydration
More than water. From IV therapy to mineral-rich intake, cellular hydration is essential for energy, clarity, and recovery.
7.stillness
Rest is a form of medicine. Stillness allows the nervous system to reset and the body to recover deeply and fully.
5.Nourishment
Whole foods, targeted supplements, and nutrient support. Your body can only function as well as it’s fuelled.
8.connection
To self, to others, and something more. True connection gently releases oxytocin, foundational to long-term health.
6.movement
Circulation, lymphatic flow, and mobility. Gentle or strong, movement keeps the body flowing and vital.
