1. General Terms of Service

All services provided by CURE8 are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

CURE8 services are designed to complement your health journey and do not replace medical care from your primary healthcare provider.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment based on medical suitability, safety concerns, or staff discretion.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a prior agreement is in place.

Some treatments require a valid prescription and/or medical screening, which must be completed prior to your appointment. Script fees may apply.

3. Medical Screening & Prescriptions

All clients receiving prescription-based treatments (e.g., IV nutrient therapy) must complete a medical consultation with our prescribing practitioner.

Prescriptions are issued at the practitioner’s discretion and are valid for 12 months unless otherwise specified.

CURE8 reserves the right to withhold treatment if clinical clearance is not obtained.

4. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

5. Informed Consent

By booking or receiving a service at CURE8, you confirm that you understand the nature, benefits, and risks of your treatment.

You consent to proceed under the guidance of our qualified team and have had the opportunity to ask questions prior to treatment.

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary. While our treatments are designed to support cellular health, vitality, and wellbeing, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Our therapies are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. Always consult your doctor for medical concerns.

7. Safety & Health Disclosure

Please disclose all relevant health information, including medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and existing conditions prior to treatment.

Certain services may be contraindicated for some health conditions. We may require a letter of clearance from your GP or specialist.

You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions as advised by our team.

8. Memberships

CURE8 memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis with a minimum term as specified at signup.

Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing with 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Missed services within a billing cycle are forfeited unless otherwise stated; no rollovers unless agreed upon.

9. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.

10. Packages & Promotions

Packages and promotional offers are valid for the time period specified and may not be extended beyond expiry unless agreed upon in writing.

Introductory offers are for new clients only and are not valid in conjunction with other discounts or shared between individuals.

11. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, missed appointments, expired sessions, or partially used packages.

If you experience an adverse reaction to a service, please contact us immediately so we can review your situation individually and with care.

12. Infectious Illness & Clinic Etiquette

For the safety of all clients and staff, please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness (e.g., fever, flu, gastro).

We reserve the right to reschedule your session if symptoms are observed.

Please respect the calm environment of the clinic. Mobile phone use should be kept to a minimum during treatments.

13. Age Restrictions

Most services are suitable for clients aged 16 and over. Clients under 18 require parental or guardian consent and may require medical clearance.

14. Privacy & Data Use

CURE8 complies with the Australian Privacy Principles. Your health data and personal information are securely stored and not shared without your consent.

By engaging with us, you consent to receive appointment reminders, health forms, newsletters, and promotions via email or SMS. You can unsubscribe anytime.

15. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in the event of:

• Intoxication or drug use

• Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour

• Medical contraindications or non-disclosure of health risks
