Please note: For all new clients, there is a one-off scripting fee of $50, which covers your prescription for IV nutrients and remains valid for 12 months.

You’ll receive instant confirmation and reminders before your appointment.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your IV drip appointment, simply call, email, or use the link in your booking confirmation. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time slot to other clients. Rescheduling is easy, and our team will work with you to find a time that suits your schedule.

  • Most IV infusions take 30–60 minutes, depending on the type of drip and your individual needs. During your IV Therapy session, you’ll relax in a comfortable chair while our qualified nurses monitor your infusion to ensure you have the best possible experience.

  • You may feel a small pinch when the IV line is inserted, but the treatment is generally very comfortable. We use the smallest medical-grade needles possible, and once the drip starts, most clients simply sit back and relax.

  • When you arrive, you’ll complete a short consultation with one of our qualified nurses to ensure the IV drip is safe and tailored to your needs. You’ll then be seated in a comfortable lounge chair while your infusion is administered. During your IV Therapy, you can read, work from your device, or simply unwind. Our nurses will be nearby to monitor your session at all times.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member for support or company. Our clinic is designed to accommodate companions comfortably. If they’re interested, they can even book their own IV Therapy session at the same time (subject to availability).

  • It’s recommended that you have a light meal and drink water before your appointment. Wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to your arms can make the process smoother.

  • Most clients return to their normal activities immediately after their appointment. Minor bruising at the insertion site can occasionally occur, and some people may feel cold during the infusion. These are generally temporary and resolve on their own.

  • The frequency of IV Therapy depends on your health goals and individual circumstances. Some clients book IV drips regularly, while others book as needed. Our qualified team can discuss your options with you at your appointment.
